The story
The product exists because the routine had stopped happening
wooliliwoo was co-founded by Chae Rim, one of Korea's best-known screen actresses — and, like most of the women this product is made for, someone running a career and a young child at the same time.
The routine she had been trained in took too long. Sunscreen, then a base, then a primer, and then a midday re-application that never actually happened, because it meant finding a sink and washing your hands first. The honest result — for her, and for nearly every woman she knew — was to skip it, and to accept that looking after your skin is one of the things you give up when life gets busy.
Sun Balm was built to refuse that trade-off. Three steps compressed into one press of a puff, in a compact that closes in the palm of a hand. Not a lower standard for busy women — the same standard, in five seconds.
“Easy and Fast” is not a line the brand arrived at in a marketing workshop. It was the design brief handed to the formulator.
